Lauzon - President
Pierre Lauzon
graduated from The College of Charleston in 1987 with a Bachelor
of Science degree with majors in Computer Science and French, and
a Minor in Business. He was inducted in the CofC Athletic Hall of
Fame in 2002.
Pierre has over 20 years experience in the computer software field
in engineering and management. Pierre has worked in the Benefits
Technology field since 2001 with Benefitfocus.com and with UBA member
The HorneGuest Agency. Pierre founded ConnectSource in 2005 with
Doug Schultz of Alexander Company and is President and majority
share holder.
Pierre is an
expert in implementing and managing benefitsCONNECT and other platforms
to suit the client HR process and has built many close relationships
with UBA members and benefits carriers creating synergy to maximize
the employee enrollment process. |
Randy
Mangolt - CFO
Randy Mangolt
is an experienced senior manager with 25-plus years of experience
in a wide variety of settings, including information technology,
accounting, and financial management.
As CFO for ConnectSource,
Randy is responsible for all financial and administrative functions.
In addition, he is involved with project implementations, EDI, and
client support.
Randy has a
Masters degree in Mathematics and holds a Chartered Accountant designation
(the Canadian equivalent to a CPA).
Lorie
Kolodji
Lorie Kolodji
holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State
University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Planners. She worked as a city planner for the Town of Chapel Hill,
then as a Client Services Team Leader for Benefitfocus.com. Lorie
joined ConnectSource Solutions in 2008 and processes the company’s
manual EDI and payroll files, HR reports, flexible spending and
COBRA reports, and provides software configuration.

Josh Isaacson - CTO
Josh Isaacson was the IT Director for Travers, O'keefe for the last 6 and a half years. He has been a Technology Professional for the last 11 years. Prior to coming to Travers, O'keefe; he was the Project Manager for an IT consulting comapny based in Connecticut. His duties included client engagement, providing vendor options and RFP's, managing the technical team as well as project oversight and troubleshooting.
While with Travers, O'keefe; Josh championed the development of new websites, marketing strategies, and infrastructure overhauls for the company. He also provided project management services to clients for HRIS, Online Benefits Enrollment, Streamlining of Processes, and Training.
Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brandeis University in 1995. While Sociology has many outlets, he decided to fall back on his longtime knowledge and love of computer systems and networking as an alternative career arc.
